Customized Products Policy
All customized items, including water temperature bottles, mugs, resin products, and other personalized products, are made to order based on your specifications. Therefore, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damage or Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with the following:
- A video/photo of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Customized Products
If your purchase includes non-customized items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exceptions
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@glamorousgallery.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or your personal bank account within 3 days.
